Christmas Break 2012 (Part 2)

Now this part of the blog is the happiest. *more party poppers* because in this entry I will be writing and sharing pictures of our Singapore-Malaysia Trip :)

Christmas was different because we did not celebrate it at home in the province. No midnight mass with early seat reservation to be able to watch the panuluyan. No noche buena with lolo and tito and tita. Nonetheless, it was a happy if not the happiest Christmas, because we were all together. :) I think I made a blog about this a few years ago, on how much Christmas traditions change every year. But what really matters most is that we are always together on such special day :)

December 24: Flight to Singapore

We had a Christmas Eve flight. At first I thought, it was such a loser idea to have a flight where when 12 midnight strikes, we will be up in the air. The only consolation I had was hoping to see Santa and his reindeers while on flight. kidding.

But it was not as bad as i thought. Upon take off, I was able to see stars on the ground. With the many Christmas lights all around the city, it really seemed as if little twinkling stars were sprinkled on to the ground that night. I was not able to take pictures. but the scene was for me.. magical :)

And i was not able to see Santa and his reindeers. But I was awaken at exactly 12 mn by Santa himself. And the little kid in me went giddy with his Christmas biscuits and candies. :p Merry Christmas indeed :)

while waiting for boarding, im teaching my parents how to be vain, and i will surely regret it :p 

before take off, the seats beside me were empty, I was able to take the window seat. yay.

At Changi Airport. We were picked up by my brother and Tito where we were brought home with a buffet of delicious noche buena waiting for us :D

December 25: Christmas Day

We started this day by hearing mass at the Divine Mercy Chapel near Tita's house. After breakfast, off we went to our first hotel, Marina Bay Sands :)

December 26: Universal Studios

but before that, brother and I were able to enjoy the infinity pool at 7 in the morning. and the jacuzzi too!:)

pero yung jacuzzi, sobrang init naman. hahaha,

then off to Universal!:) I was able to go to Universal studios Florida. But, I was not able to enjoy all the attractions in there, as much as I want to. :p Kaya naman, inenjoy ko yung Universal :) exag lang sa dami ng tao. haha. there was one ride we had to wait for 90 minutes :o but it was really fun :) my adrenaline rush loving self enjoyed battlestar human and cyclon most :D bonus na lang yung iba ;)

Train to Universal. Sobrang amazing pa rin talaga ng railway ng Singapore :)

We waited for 90 minutes for the transformer's ride kaya eto yung may waiting pictures. hehe.

was so soaked after the jurassic park ride. asar. haha.

 The Mummy and Shrek after, but still so soaked. haha.

  

wasnt able to ride the kiddie rides. maybe next time, I know we will meet again :D

and I really really enjoyed you Battlestar :D

December 27: Maritime Experiential Museum and Aquarium (M.E.M.A.) 

able to see the largest aquarium in southeast asia? or the world ba? forgooot. :o pero enjoyed hotel sightseeing first. In fairness, this trip was the most number of hotels that we stayed. and it's actually fun to do hotel hopping :))

hee vain family. i know there was a time when I was vain. and then when my brother was vain. and now, all of us? pero parents vanity >> children's vanity today :p  

or not :p we used the opportunity for such wonderful place for a photoshoot :p 

   

at the Museum and Aquarium :)

then we went to the other side of Sentosa to, guess what, eat at Mcdo :p and rode all the way back to Vivo City to go to Orchard :)

 

dinner at Marche c/o by my brother :) ang susyal naman kasi ng kainan. nahirapan ako. haha. pero thank you bam :D
